Our specialized team in cytopathology have expertise in accurately identifying abnormalities in cells that may be indicative of disease such as cancer diagnosis.

Wyoming Valley Pathology’s cytopathology testing works with both gynecological and non-gynecological specimens. We provide immediate adequacy reads for endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) studies, and we correlate gynecological studies with human papillomavirus (HPV) studies and follow-up colposcopy biopsies.
